The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and a passion for advertising and client services. In addition, we are seeking a candidate with Web experience.
Job Description:
The responsibilities include:
- - Assist with Online Search Campaigns (Google Pay-Per-Click, etc.)
- - Assist web marketers with SEO and SEM campaigns
- - Proof and compare creative output against campaign strategy and concept information
Job Requirements:
- - Working knowledge of the Web, and ability to make small changes to customers' websites through back end tools
- - Basic knowledge of html
- - Knowledge of search engine marketing
- - Solid written and verbal communication skills
- - Strong interpersonal abilities
- - Attention to detail
- - Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel
This is non-paid position, perfect to earn college credits. 15-20 hours per week.

As our business continues to thrive, we are searching for a bright, motivated Account Services Intern to join our Account Service Team.
Account Services Intern Responsibilities:
- - Work directly with Account Managers to help manage their clients
- - Work with the Account Services team to develop effective advertising campaigns and creative strategies
- - Assist Account Managers in the creative process for magazine/newspaper ads, direct mail and radio & TV commercials to ensure effective advertising and client satisfaction
- - Work with various media representatives and other vendors to schedule and produce ads
- - Contribute to the Direct Mail process
- - Daily administrative duties
- - Assist the web team in search engine marketing processes
- - Assist with copy writing for the Design Team and the Creative Director
- - Assist with the advertising process to deliver marketing materials accurately and on schedule
- - Work through any other issues that may arise throughout the advertising process
Required:
- - Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field.
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- - Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
- - Previous related experience preferred
